Being an adjunct instructor himself, Glenn knows what it takes to touch the lives of students. He knows teachers are overworked, underpaid and seldom appreciated. But to him, it's all worth it when a student either shakes his hand or gives him a hug and says "Thank you for caring. • Adults / Career Colleges - Dropouts Hurt Your Bottom Line!- Glenn began his college career at the age of 28 at Cuyamaca College (San Diego, CA). Following the completion of his GE requirements, he transferred to San Diego State University (SDSU). However, being nearly 30-Y-O, and SDSU being over-enrolled, he realized it would take him far longer to complete his degree than planned. So, he enrolled and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from National University (San Diego, CA). Glenn eventually became an admissions representative for DeVry University (Fremont, CA), University of Phoenix (Las Vegas, NV) and Computer Learning Center (Las Vegas, NV). 

The "Colleges for Working Adults / Career Colleges" program is split into two separate presentations for two separate reasons.

Even career service members (lifers) will not earn enough from their retirement pay to live their current lifestyle. Though Glenn began college following his Honorable Discharge, life in the "real" world would've been far, far easier if had he taken advantage of the tuition assistance program while on active duty and attended college.
